Gallery "Magaza"

In the center of Bitola

One of the many shops that existed in Bitola in the middle of the XIX century. Here, the buyers and the traders negotiated about the price of the products. This object is now turned into an art gallery in which are placed numerous exhibitions of various kinds. Today  the "Magaza"  is home for literary readings, chamber concerts and other cultural events. It is open for visit from 10:00 to 22:00 o’clock.

In the gallery is represented art-work from local, national, and international artists. It is open for visit every day from 08:00 to 19:00 o’clock.

"Nikola Martinovski"

This gallery is located in a house in Krusevo, a unique example of an old architecture style, dating from the 19th century. It represents the excellent work of Nikola Martinovski. This gallery is open for visit every working day from 10:00 to 14:00. The entrance in it is free of charge.


 

Gallery of icons in Prilep

"Sveto Blagovrestenie" in Prilep

The gallery is located in a facility dating from the 19th century  known as "Baba Nedelino uciliste" (The scool of Granny Nedela). The permanent exhibition which is placed in this gallery is fourth in Macedonia and contains more than 200 icons dating from the late 16th century to late 19th century. The exhibition shows the best examples that present the rich Icon heritage in  the territory of the city of Prilep its surrounding.
